Here you have a loveseat that has strapping on the seat instead of split logs or a slab seat. This also proves to be very comfortable, and can hold 600 pounds easily. The strapping has three or four pieces that go from left to right, and then six to eight pieces are woven through from front to back. After that’s done, all pieces are sewn together, making it as strong as a slab seat. This back is unusually straight, but most are made with a 5 degree slant for comfort.
